Second advisor's remarks on my proposal

I sent my proposal to my second advisor. She wrote back:
"I've read through your proposal and the bulk of it looks good. I'm concerned about the first section - your autobiography. The writing here seems disjointed and lacking clarity, and most of all, I'm not convinced that you are really excited about this. I think this section still needs work.
I've made a number of comments, using track changes, to get you started, but you should continue to work on this on your own as well.
Good luck."
*sigh* I have all my classes tomorrow, and so I need to finish their readings before I can even think of touching this proposal. I know myself well enough that I could use this proposal as a procrastination tool on the readings and think I can skim along on in classes. No, must not do.
Hopefully I will somehow squeeze in time; the IDST committee meets every second Tuesday. I can hope this week's Tuesday won't be the work for them.
Too bad we don't get Monday off! Apparently Martin Luther King Jr. Day is a federal holiday my college doesn't give us! Same with Labor Day in September. (Which still takes me time to get used to. I'm used to Labour/Labor Day being May 1st.)
