I'd miss having a tummy like that, too, if I ever had one in the first place. lol I enjoy the wrong sports. Powerlifting = muscles healing = very hungry = eating a lot.

My favorite new exercise routine for cardio is three ten minute rotations of stretching, boxing, jumping rope, and ab work. If you don't know how to box, you could just do push ups or something. Jumping rope is supposed to burn three times as many calories as running in the same time.
