Mulan is one of my favorite Disney movies. While I think Beauty and the Beast is the best overall for song and story, Mulan's story and the few songs they have are pretty great. I do think they could have had more songs... It's like, hey, a female character who is active and goes out to save her family and whose destiny/decisions wasn't pre-ordained or cursed or something!
Yes, I especially love the Tortall books. The Circle books just don't grab me as much. I remember being surprised when I read the Trickster duo and the Daine pregnancy scenes. How awkward that must be!
