This was so long ago, I don't think I can remember all the sets and reps properly

August 8, 2010, Sunday
Ran/walked/jogged outside (where I broke out into hikes...) for about 30 minutes, 1.4 miles I think?

4x10 (2x10 each arm) - Concentration Curls - 5lbs
3x10 - Leg extensions - I think about 12 lbs?
3x10 - Dumbbell Triceps Extensions - 5lbs
2x10 - Obliques rotations/twists things - 5lbs
2x10 - Alternating lunges - body weight
2x10 (1x10 each arm) - Dummbell Rows - 5lbs
2x10 - Hammer curls - 5lbs
2x10 - Abdominal sit ups - body weight (I was gritting my teeth so much at the end of that and Matt was holding down my feet pretty firmly)

August 9-11, Monday-Wednesday: MUCH walking.
Also, about 10 dips on the rails while waiting for a bus

Friday when Matt and I were both at the doctor's office we weighed ourselves on the doctor's scale. We lost a bit of weight from not eating regular robust meals the half-week beforehand. (Food is so expensive there!) Matt was also a little disappointed he lost some muscle gain from lack of routine exercise over this summer. I really enjoyed the few glimpses I got this summer of seeing Matt work out. (We worked out maybe twice last spring semester at college together.) This summer sometimes I held his feet down during his sit ups. Well, more like sat down on his feet and held onto something. I know he enjoys it and wishes he could find more time for it around his busy schedule. From photos I think my upper arms look a little muscular when I flex and I can feel the muscle when I do it though I haven't lifted weights since a week ago. So the real test of strength will come this Saturday...
