yeah, I could never add alot of weight for bicep/tricep exercises, either. I think 10 pounds was my limit for bicep curls. And shoulder exercises - 8 pounds was pushing it! Though leg exercises are a whole different story - I was amazed at how much I could do (I was up to 110 pounds on the vertical leg machine before the car accident - slowly working my way back up)

that's great, though - keep it up! :)

UGH, I know - I was so bummed to hear Germany lost! I hope the Netherlands win against Spain! (though Fernando Torres is a hottie ;)
