Strip-Search of Young Girl Tests Limit of School Policy

Well, I was in several schools where searches on your person were allowed, if they had cause, and that it would be done in the presence of two teachers and admin/security/whatever of the same gender... Interesting article from NYT. Makes one wonder where the Supreme Court will fall.
