iPorn, anybody?

Ah, yes, the adult industry is very...industrious about keeping up with current technology.

Adult industry sees iPorn potential in iPhone 4

I was talking about porn and prostitution earlier with someone.

They told me something someone else had told them, that we both never thought of it that way:

"Prostitution is basically paying one person to have sex with you. Pornography is paying at least two people to have sex with each other, and filming them. So...paying two people to have sex with each other and filming them is legal while paying one person to have sex with me is somehow more morally repugnent?"

Yeah... I suggested perhaps it's the physical distance between the former and the latter that makes prostitution seem more repugnent than pornography (to those who do see a difference between the two, as opposed to those who see them both equally horrid and those who see them both equally valid).

We both think prostitution should be legalized.

I also think prostitution should be legal, but that comparison never occurred to me.

*applause*

I think prostitution should be legal, and REGULATED. Because if it's not a regulated industry...yeah.

I was listening to a lawyer talk about porn and prostitution the other day. It has something to do with paying the porn stars for acting, not for sex. At least, there's no evidence to prove they were paid solely to have sex. If they weren't being filmed, it would be prostitution, I guess. Plus, it might be hard to prove they weren't stimulating sex on film :/

It's a thin line. I agree, prostitution should be legal.

YES! Prostitution should be legalized. As well as regulated, health plans. See how well it works in that one county in Nevada? Follow their example.

Anyhow, I also believe drugs should be legalized and regulated and TAXED, like beer and cigarettes. What bigger way to drop the floor from underneath the drug cartels?

that's an interesting perceptive.
and i agree about prostitution being legalized and regulated.

I think it should be legalized too. That and pot. Tax em both and our schools would be paid for. Porn is a form of prostitution anyway.
